LIFTING AND DESPATCHING – Please note that orders are despatched in rotation. Please allow up to 4 weeks from placing your order. If your order is for a special occasion/date then please do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.
Most seasons we are able to start the lifting season around late October and we will commence then, but only
if the season is right; we will then despatch through in rotation until late March/mid-April – weather,
of course, permitting. Please open parcels with care – in particular, all parcels containing
family trees and plum trees.
All our goods are despatched in good condition and very well packaged.
On the rare occasion that you find that our parcel has been damaged in transit please ensure
that you report this to the courier upon delivery and note any damage to outer packaging on the
couriers proof of delivery for them. Please report any damage to us within 24 hours to assist us in
making a claim. Any photo evidence would also be very helpful. Thank you for your co-operation in
Please note that our courier is now charging a surcharge for larger parcels so if you order contains 1/2 standard trees there will be an additional £8.50 to pay per parcel. We will of course pack each parcel with the maximum amount of trees possible to keep costs down. The extra charge will not be shown at checkout but will be invoiced separately.

EXPORT CHARGES: Last season we despatched many orders to the EEC. Costs vary from country to country and are determined on final weight of parcel.

To order via our website please click on On-line Shop. Our Website uses the Paypal payment gateway where you can pay using a Paypal account or by credit/debit card. PLEASE NOTE; You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay.
We also accept orders by phone or by post.
All orders must be accompanied by cheque, postal order or credit card number etc.
It is essential to have your credit card expiry date. If paying by switch, please confirm start and expiry dates and, if applicable, the issue number.
Please ensure that we have the correct address for the relevant credit card and the address of the new house where you are moving to and where you wish the trees etc. to be delivered.
IT IS USEFUL TO HAVE A DAY-TIME OR EVENING TELEPHONE NUMBER.
N.B. When delivering, our carriers would like to know, if no one at home, can your order be safely left somewhere? e.g. garage, porch, back of property, neighbour, etc. This would be of great help; please confirm in the appropriate place on the order form at the back of your catalogue etc. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for our goods delivered and stolen from your premises. An extra charge will be made by the carrier if more than two attempts are made to deliver.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a receipt slip confirming your order number. Please ensure you quote this number on all communications. Thank you.
